  • What are your business hours?
    Our business hours are as follows: Monday through Saturday: 1PM - 11PM Sunday: 12PM - 7PM
  • How does our delivery service work?
    Our delivery service allows you to conveniently order a variety of cannabis products online and have them delivered to your curbside. To start browsing our selection, you must first complete the age verification process. Once verified, you will be provided with our website password or your member request on the app will be accepted, allowing you to browse, add products to your cart, and check out. After your order is placed, we will reach out to you via text to confirm the details. Our delivery personnel will then bring your items to you in a discreet manner.
  • What is the age verification process?
    Before you can browse our products, we require all customers to complete a one-time age verification process to confirm that they are 21 years or older. To verify your age, you can provide us with your Instagram account, along with information on how you heard about us. If you do not have an Instagram account, you will need to provide a picture of a valid government-issued photo ID. Your information will not be stored or shared with third parties.
  • What are the delivery fees and order minimums?
    The delivery fees and order minimums depend on your location: Queens, Brooklyn and Nassau: $50 minimum order Bronx, Westchester, Manhattan and Suffolk: $100 minimum order Staten Island & New Jersey: $150 minimum order There is an additional $10 delivery fee for Manhattan, Staten Island, East New Jersey, Bronx & Westchester to help cover tolls & gas. No delivery fees apply to other areas.
  • What is the latest time I can order?
    Monday through Saturday: 8PM - Staten Island & East New Jersey 10PM - Suffolk, Bronx & Westchester 11PM- Queens, Brooklyn, Nassau & Manhattan Sunday 7PM all locations
  • Do you have a loyalty program?
    Yes, we offer a loyalty program to reward our valued customers for their continued support. Points can be redeemed for discounts or free items. More details about the program and how to sign up will be available on our website.
